دي جي في سن المراهقة يراقب جاره على الجانب الآخر من الشارع في الضاحية , هذا الجار لا يحب ان يتدخل به احد. دي جي يشك في جاره العجوز ويشعر بشيء غريب به, وذات يوم بينما يلعب دي جي مع اصدقائه تسقط الكره في حديقة الجار الغريب, وبينما يحاولون استعادة الكره يكتشفون ان بيت الجار هو وحش على هيئة بيت وهذا الجار يقوم بحراسته من الدخلاء
